Hi I just finish creating a new plugin for wordpress, it’s called “DeleteDuplicate”. It’s very useful for those of you who like to create autoblogging stuff, especially when you create autoblog using wp-o-matic. Which is usually wp-o-matic grab and post duplicate title.
This plugin will help you remove those duplicate posts. So you dont have to worry again about duplicate post again.

Hey there and thanks for the plugin. Will this fix the problem where the suffix -2 is added to dupe posts?
In other words. Usualy wp-o-matic will have a post called:
http://blog.com/New-template/
http://blog.com/New-template-2/
http://blog.com/New-template-3/
Will this tool remove the 2 posts with the suffix -2 and -3?

I activated it, but where can I find the link to use it to delete those duplicates posts? I have almost 300 dups!

Hi, I just actived your plugin in my wordpress site, and then I had a search in my site, I still see the duplicate posts.
Like stevefree says, there are still links like:
http://blog.com/New-template/
http://blog.com/New-template-2/
http://blog.com/New-template-3/
Can you explain the reason?

Hi, there are posts with the same content, and the same title, but in different categories. How both posts can be merge to a single post, but in different categories? Many thanks, Max

I did install the plugin and man – you have my time. I do have couple of blog sites that uses yahoo answer rss feeds but the problem is with duplicate entries.
